'01 Bobby Rhine Invitational

Post by PG-Boy on 1/16/2016, 12:28 pm

WINNERS AUTOMATIC QUALIFICATION FOR GROUP WINNERS FOR DR PEPPER DALLAS CUP XXXVI

Schedule/Standing:

http://events.gotsport.com/events/results.aspx?EventID=45062&GroupID=431578&Gender=Boys&Age=15

I believe several teams have already qualified for the Dallas Cup;
FC DALLAS YOUTH 01 BOYS (TXN)
ANORANZAS FC 01 (TXN)

So it's an opportunity for other local and visiting teams to qualify.

How about FC Dallas Central '01 scoring four goals on D1 leader, AƱoranza. Impressive. Were the D1 leaders resting their starters since they already qualified for DC? It doesn't explain how Central also came out on top of D2, Bachman Lake. Coach Jon Waters... I take a bow. Very nice.

Texas Toros '01 were also impressive when I took a peek at their match against the Huskies. The Toros look like a high school varsity team, size wise. The FC Dallas Che vs Texas Toros match tomorrow will decide the group winner. The Toros only need a tie to win the group.

Over in the other group; El Paso and FC Dallas Premier are deadlocked on all tie breakers.
